I tried it and actually made a few posters out of it. Great for my model photos, those girls say the darnedest things. Adds a lot to any photo, especially with other filters/software such as Photoshop. Awesome product, be great to have a working version again!
I have used the Comic Life trial and have made some comics with it already – I was devastated when my trial ended. It is indeed a very awesome program.
I’m playing with it at the moment. Looks like Plasq is offering only one application for Windows which is kind of sad. All of them look promising to me.
One of my friend’s fav program. Reminds me of the funny comments he adds on the photographs.

It’s a fun app. I tried the trial some months back. The Windows UI can be more prettier, just like you mentioned in the review.
