Regarding Encryption, I would like to add that there is a mode in modern gateways called “WPA-mixed” Using this mode will have compatability with PCs/Laptops that have only WPA or WPA2 modes.

very informative…but i don’t have wireless router. Will be helpful when i purchase one.
There is one services tab too in my router, i just switch off the telnet one. It can be exploited to hack in.
